Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026. These terms describe your use of Parcel, operated by Yehuda Schur. Contact yehudaschur@gmail.com with questions. By using Parcel, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. The service and your account

Parcel is a workspace for real estate professionals to research properties, organize deals and buyer information, prepare analysis and documents, and use optional connected services. Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials and use only accounts and materials you are authorized to access. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

2. Your content and permitted use

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize Parcel and the service providers it uses to process, store and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to upload files, process personal information and share material with recipients or teammates.

Do not use Parcel for unlawful access, fraud, harassment, unsolicited or deceptive messaging, infringement, or evading another person's access controls. Do not upload malicious code, probe accounts without authorization, or interfere with the service. Follow applicable communications, privacy and real estate requirements and the rules of connected services.

3. Review analysis and communications

Public records, property details, matches and AI-generated material may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Verify sources, ownership, transaction parties, financial assumptions and recipients. A current tax-lot owner is not necessarily the buyer of a historical sale. A conceptual development scenario is not a finding that construction is legally or physically feasible.

Parcel does not replace your professional judgment or qualified legal, tax, investment, engineering or other advice. You are responsible for decisions and communications made using the service. Review the final body, signature and attachments before creating a Gmail draft or sending. Connecting a mailbox does not authorize autonomous outreach.

4. Connected accounts and sharing

Gmail and other connections are optional and subject to their providers' terms and your permissions. You can disconnect Gmail in Settings or revoke access at Google. Disconnection stops use of the stored grant but does not remove previously imported workspace records.

Use sharing controls intentionally. Team members may retain independent copies and downloaded files; unsharing or deleting an original does not recall those copies. Do not share confidential or personal information without authority. The Privacy Policy explains these data flows and your request options.

5. Trials, subscriptions and payments

New selected-plan trial. Basic is $149.26 per month, Pro is $249.26 per month, and Premium is $449.26 per month. When selected-plan checkout is activated, a user chooses one plan, provides a payment method in checkout, and confirms a fourteen-day free trial. The selected subscription renews monthly at the accepted price unless the user cancels before the trial ends. A checkout confirmation, including the displayed end date and renewal terms, is required; accepting these site terms or choosing a plan alone does not start a trial or authorize a charge. Checkout is currently unavailable.

The new trial has no daily or cumulative product-credit quota for included tools. This does not promise every feature or uninterrupted service: provider availability, request limits, entitlement checks, security controls and technical constraints still apply. Live Coach voice is not working yet. Data lists are not included and require a separate purchase if and when a quoted purchase, payment, fulfillment and recovery path becomes available.

Legacy approved pilot. Existing owner-approved pilot records keep their original free fourteen-day terms: the pilot begins on approval, needs no payment card, and does not automatically renew. Signing up or requesting access does not by itself start that pilot. Saving a payment method, where offered, does not authorize a charge or subscription; the currently available payment-method setup is an operator-only test feature.

Trial expiration preserves saved records and the retained-record viewer/JSON export; unrestricted processing and access to original documents may no longer be available. Cancellation, billing visibility and recovery are available only through the configured subscription provider flow when checkout is activated. Any future paid offer must present its price, scope and payment/cancellation terms for separate agreement before purchase; these terms create no paid subscription by themselves.

6. Availability, access and ending use

Features can change or be unavailable because of maintenance, configuration, provider outages or verification requirements. Parcel does not promise uninterrupted operation, particular transaction results or a service-level guarantee. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security issues or applicable legal obligations. You can stop using Parcel, disconnect connected accounts and request deletion through the contact above. Stopping use alone does not delete saved records.

7. Changes and questions

We may revise these terms as the service changes and will identify the updated date. Material changes should be brought to your attention before they apply to your continued use. New paid services require their separately disclosed terms. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Contact the operator for support or to raise a concern.
